APC governorship candidate Bola Oyebamiji defeated incumbent Governor Ademola Adeleke at a polling unit in Boluwaduro Local Government Area during Saturday's Osun State governorship election, according to a result sheet shared online after counting concluded.

Oyebamiji secured 68 votes against 39 recorded by Adeleke's Accord Party at Ward 6, Polling Unit 006, adding to a patchwork of unit-level results emerging from across the state as vote counting and sorting continued into the evening.

Voting across Osun's 3,763 polling units began around 9 a.m. and concluded by roughly 2:30 p.m. at most units, with Adeleke, Oyebamiji, and 13 other candidates contesting for the support of more than 2.3 million registered voters. As collation proceeds toward local government and state-level totals, both leading camps have posted wins in different pockets of the state, underscoring how closely fought the contest remains.
