The Nigeria Premier Football League has unveiled EuroMatch as its official title sponsor in a three-year, $7.5 million naming-rights deal, with the new season kicking off August 28.

The Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL) has unveiled EuroMatch, a Poland-based gaming and technology investment company, as its official title sponsor in a naming-rights deal worth $7.5 million over three years.

The partnership was unveiled at a ceremony in Abuja attended by five former Super Eagles players, including members of Nigeria’s all-conquering 1994 Africa Cup of Nations-winning squad, alongside NFF President Alhaji Ibrahim Gusau. EuroMatch’s representative told the audience the company believed in Nigeria and the opportunities it offers, and expressed confidence in the league’s growth prospects.

The 2026/27 NPFL season kicks off on Friday, August 28, with a flag-off match between hosts Shooting Stars and visiting Inter Lagos in Ibadan. The remaining nine fixtures of the opening round will be played on Sunday, August 30.
