Finance Minister Taiwo Oyedele says Nigeria’s economic reforms have raised monthly federal allocations to states and local governments to over ₦2 trillion.
Nigeria’s Minister of Finance and Coordinating Minister of the Economy, Taiwo Oyedele, has said the country’s economic reforms have increased monthly Federation Account Allocation Committee (FAAC) allocations to more than ₦2 trillion.
According to Oyedele, the reforms have significantly boosted the monthly federal allocation shared among the federal, state and local governments, strengthening subnational finances.
